2022 LGA Memorial Tournament

Yesterday was the final day of the 2022 LGA Memorial Tournament which is held annually in honor of LGA Members who have passed. The tournament culminated with a delicious luncheon and a $1502 donation to support the American Cancer Society in memory of the lives lost and the continued hope for a cure. Many thanks to the RBCC ladies and staff who always make this event so special!

2021 LGA Member-Member Tournament

It was a very merry LGA Member-Member Tournament! After a fun two rounds of play, the ladies closed the event with a lively awards presentation and their annual Christmas luncheon. During the holidays, they collected over $1700 and nearly 400lbs of food to benefit both Caring and Sharing and the Empty Stocking Fund! Our ladies always know how to combine plenty of fun with heartfelt community support!

2020 LGA Memorial Tournament

The 2021 LGA Championship and Awards Luncheon. Congratulations to Sandee Sundeen, this year’s overall Champion, and to all the flight winners! A big welcome to incoming President Joni Synder and an equally big thank you to outgoing President Sharon Highsmith. The LGA Memorial Tournament was a huge success and raised $2300 for the American Cancer Society!

2020 LGA Member-Member and Christmas Food & Fundraising Drive

Each year, the RBCC Ladies’ Golf Association Member-Member coincides with its traditional food and fundraising drive to support Sharing and Caring and the Empty Stocking Fund. This has been a hard year for many area families, and our ladies really turned up the volume on their already generous donations! Along with over 570lbs of canned food and dry goods (double last year’s weight!), they made cash contributions of $850.00 to Sharing and Caring and $1052.00 to the Empty Stocking Fund! Way to share the love during this special season, ladies!

2019 LGA PRESENTATION TO THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY

2019 LGA MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT–FEBRUARY 19TH & 26Th

This low net event honors LGA members who have passed and continues the legacy of giving that is a hallmark of the RBCC LGA. The day ended with a lovely luncheon as the ladies collected donations that will be used locally to fund a variety of women’s services–the Patient Lodging Program, the Road to Recovery Program (assisting with transportation to treatments), the Reach to Recovery Program (breast cancer support), the Look Good Feel Better Program (a day of beauty for patients), and hair loss and mastectomy products. Many thanks to Jane Holtz, Brenda Meeboer, Susan Campbell, and Bonnie Weideman for making this event so special. And congratulations to Jeanne Shaw, the overall champion!
