Section 1, Meetings.

 

      The Board shall hold regular monthly meetings and any other meetings as may be necessary.  Absence from three consecutive meetings without prior approval of the president or, in his absence, the vice-president, the Board shall automatically terminate a director’s membership on the Board.  Meetings of the Board may be held at such places within or without the State of Florida.  If any four members of Board request, in writing, the president to call a special meeting of the Board, he shall be required to do so.  All special meetings of the Board shall be called by order of the president.  (Amended 5/19/92).

 

Section 2, Quorum.

 

      Six members of the Board shall be necessary at any meeting for a quorum for the transaction of business, but less than a quorum may vote to adjourn.
