Section 1, Fees (Guests).

 

      All guest fees for use of Club facilities will be as recommended by the appropriate committee and approved by the Board.  Fees shall be posted in the Clubhouse in a conspicuous place.

 

Section 2, Rules.

 

      Rules concerning use of Club facilities will be formulated by the appropriate committee and approved by the Board.  Rules will be enforced by the manager and his staff.  (Amended 11/21/95).

 

Section 3, Privately Owned Golf Cars.

 

      Proprietary members only shall be permitted to own and use a powered golf car (gas or electric) on the golf course in accordance with established rules and regulations.  (Amended 5/19/92).

 

These are the certified revised Rocky Bayou Country Club By-Laws voted in at the November 18, 2003 membership meeting, and are effective as of that date.
